Jahrhunderts. Viele Jahre in diplomatischen Diensten unterwegs war er mit Zeitgenossen und Zeitereignissen konfrontiert und vermischt daher Pers\u00f6nliches und Menschliches in seinen teils heiteren, teils ernsten, bisweilen auch skurrilen Geschichten, die G\u00fcnter St\u00f6lzl in kleiner Auswahl vorlas und kenntnisreich kommentierte, nicht ohne in launiger Abschweifung aktuelle Bez\u00fcge herzustellen.
